About me
I'm Alfie-Jack, a chartered physiotherapist from Brighton.
I have worked as a physio for 4+ years, specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Having initially worked in the NHS after completing my degree, I then began working privately within the musculoskeletal setting which eventually led me to start PROHAB as a means of having a greater impact on peoples lives. I have a wealth of experience treating a variety of different conditions: chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries day to day life/work related injuries and sports injuries for both amateur and elite athletes. With this experience I have acquired a variety of skills and treatment modalities in the form exercise therapy, dry needling, massage therapy and other forms of hands-on techniques.

As well as my experience working within this field, I am also an athlete myself through football and running. I still play football competitively based in Sussex and have done for many years . My interest in running initially formed through a means of keeping fit but I soon became obsessed with the sport and have now completed multiple marathons and half marathons, travelling around the world to do so and I certainly have no plans to stop.
My passion for health and fitness compliments the primary principles and values of PROHAB in aiming to improve the quality of life of its clients whilst maintaining a holistic and patient centred approach. In many aspects this has allowed me to be able to relate and sympathise with some of the physical and psychological challenges that people face with pain and injuries.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and I am HCPC registered.
