Welcome to PROHAB PHYSIO...
PROHAB PHYSIO is a rehabilitation clinic based in Brighton and Hove thats offers holistic treatments through physiotherapy and massage. We provide a variety of health services including injury diagnosis, treatment and prevention, manual therapy, individualised care plans and lifestyle advice/education.

Our physio service provides support to clients of all presenting conditions whether its sports and work related injuries, repetitive strain injuries or everyday life stresses. Our massage services offer general sports and deep tissue treatments as well as more targeted work on tension release and specific injury treatment.

PROHAB is valued upon its focus in providing a holistic and patient centred service that is individualised and tailored to each specific client. We consider all aspects of a patients lifestyle and use this to maximise the opportunity to improve their quality of life, focusing on prevention as well as treatment.

Our clinic is located in Hove however we also provide home visits if requested. Our fully qualified physiotherapist is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and HCPC registered.
